Guest guest
In 'Varga Chakras" Sanjay jee while analyzing D60 sanjay jee has sed if ninth lord is in cruel shastiamsha or ninth bhava is occupied by malefics that person will lack idharma. In swami chandrasekara sarawati's chart he has said even though swmaiji's ninth lord mars is in gulika it cannot be considered as evil as glika poisons himself only. Also in swami chandrasekara saraswaiti's chart saturn is in bhrashta. But in the case of aurangzed's chart ninth lord venus is in saggi with mandi and gulika(venus being dipositor for moon), for which sanjay ji has said as becoz of the association of poisonous planets with ninth lord he spread religious hatred and he lacks dharma. In satya sai baba's(puttaparthi) chart ninth lord moon is closely associated with mandi and rahu. Kindly please clarify whether association of ninth lord or ninth bhava with malefic is bad or ninth lord in malefic shastiyamsha is bad. Birth time errors may change the placement of planets in shastiyamshas. So how reliable is using shastiamsha alone for determining the dharma of a person? Kindly shed light so that learners like me will benefit Regards Murugan
Guest guest
Dear Murugan, Namaskar. First of all, one has to be very sure about birth time and Sastiamsa Lagna. This can be achieved by rectification of various divisional charts using appropriate dasas. Next, ninth lord of Rasi chart, ninth house of rasi chart, Karaka of ninth house and all associations should be carefully studied to see progress of a person in the path of dharma. The word 'dharma' is often associated with the meaning of righteous conduct. But the meaning is deeper. The word dharma comes from the root 'dhree' which means 'to hold'. What holds is our karma and in order to remove us from these bindings we have to perform suitable karma so that they are nullified. This is what dharma is. Every individual has Swadharma, just like that every nation has jaati-dharma. Your question was specifically about Sashtiamsa chart of Swami Chandrasekhara Saraswati and Auranzeb. In Swami Saraswati's chart, ninth lord is Mangal in Gulika sashtiamsa. Sanjay-ji clearly gave the meaning of Gulika Sashtiamsa. Gulika shows giving poison to oneself. This means causing ones own suffering (as a means of dharma) or taking other's poison onto himself. So Ninth lord in Gulika-sashtiamsa means personal suffering as a means of dharma. (Gulika sashtiams and Gulika graha are different. Sanjay-ji also explains clearly that Gulika-Sashtiamsa is not a negative sashtiamsa, its just some not of a pleasant kind.) In Aurangzeb's case, Ninth lord is Shukra in Purishaka-sashtiamsa. Purishaka is also explained by Sanjay-ji clearly. It shows dirt, filth, rubble etc. and hence the dharma of a person is basically negative (adharma). In the natal chart, Sun who is the representative of Dharma, is in debility. Sun represents temples, father etc. And Aurangzeb destroyed temples and well as imprisoned his father. If ninth lord, who is in charge of proper conduct and action (dharma) is also afflicted by Gulika and Maandi two of Shani's sons. Hence ninth lord, ninth house both being afflicted, shows that dharma of the person is weak and he couldn't perform dharmic actions. I don't have Satya Sai Baba's chart. Hope this helps a little. Best wishes, Sourav ================================================================= , "Murugan" <kaalabhairava wrote:>> In 'Varga Chakras" Sanjay jee while analyzing D60 sanjay jee has sed > if ninth lord is in cruel shastiamsha or ninth bhava is occupied by > malefics that person will lack idharma. In swami chandrasekara> sarawati's chart he has said even though swmaiji's ninth lord mars is> in gulika it cannot be considered as evil as glika poisons himself> only. Also in swami chandrasekara saraswaiti's chart saturn is in > bhrashta.> > > > But in the case of aurangzed's chart ninth lord venus is in saggi> with mandi and gulika(venus being dipositor for moon), for which > sanjay ji has said as becoz of the association of poisonous planets > with ninth lord he spread religious hatred and he lacks dharma.> > In satya sai baba's(puttaparthi) chart ninth lord moon is closely > associated with mandi and rahu.> > Kindly please clarify whether association of ninth lord or ninth> bhava with malefic is bad or ninth lord in malefic shastiyamsha is> bad.> > Birth time errors may change the placement of planets in > shastiyamshas. So how reliable is using shastiamsha alone for > determining the dharma of a person?> Kindly shed light so that learners like me will benefit> > Regards> Murugan>
Guest guest
Namaskar sourav jee, Thanks for the info I just reproduced what sanjay jee has written in "varga chakras"--- Gulika son of saturn...etc..I didnt mean gulika graha and gulika shastiams are same. Do we had to consider jupiter the natural significator of ninth house, moon the karak for fourth house, before deciding the dharma of a person? saturn which causes ascetic tendency(moon in saturns drekkana and aspected by mars makes one ascetic?) should also be cosidered in the case of great saints? Sai baba's chart is available with Jhora Regards murugan In , "Sourav" <souravc108 wrote: > > > || Hare Rama Krishna || > > Dear Murugan, > > Namaskar. Guest guest
Dear Murugan, namaskar. Guru is karaka and must be considered. You see only Guru is having 9th aspect, to protect dharma. Rahu's 9th aspect promotes adharma. Rasi drishti of Guru on the ninth house in Navamsa Chart can protect dharma and eliminate any bad tendencies of the mind. Affliction of Chandra is important for taking a person away from bhoga-marga. Chandra exalts in Shukra's rasi. So the mind naturally is going for bhoga marga. Now, you talked about pravrajya yogas with Chandra and Shani, and also Mangal. Why Mangal ? And why Dreshkana is involved. ? Guest guest
Namaskar sourav jee, According to bhattapola, if saturn alone aspects the lord of the sign occupied by moon or if moon in a drekkana of saturn(any sign) and aspected by mars or in amsa of mars pravrajya yoga is formed. (saturnine form of pravrajya yoga). This is in addition to the presence of four planets in any house (some classics say it should be only in a kendra particularly karma bhava)which also causes pravrajya yoga provided the planets are not in combustion(again there can not be nodes involved in that combination?) Slight differences are there between authors regarding the above. The most powerfull planet in the combination indicates the dharma he follows..Mars(red clothes) like that. So to understand the dharma they follow shd we need analyze saturn also in addition to ninth bhava?(atleast in the case of religious greats..?)
