You should try to learn jyotisha methodically, and from text books. Along side you can find material from the files section of this list and several other astrology lists and websites of Guru. Try not to visit the websites meant for commercial jyotish because their information is meager and often not correct. You can get a list of books in the files section of this list. (The last item of the files). After you are aware of the basics and terminology from the books, you should visit old the messages in the list and start reading through e-mail threads. If you post your birth data it will be easy for me to see how you should approch learning jyotish. If you go to this website: www.srigaruda.com in the links tab, you will find a list of websites for SJC Guru's that has a lot of genuine material published on the internet. But remember that books are essential.
