punya\dharma - 9th or 5th or navamsa

Respected Astrologers,

 

I have a doubt in my mind regarding 5th and 9th house. All the

texts mentions that 5th house is a house of "purva punya" and 9th house

& navamsa is for dharma.

So is 9th house and navamsa is what deed we are going to do in

this life? If that is so then how a strong 9th house or navamsa can do

good for a person in this life as this is what we WILL or MAY be going

to do in this life.

If it is not what we WILL or MAY be going to do, then it is what is

already done and it is purva punya which is denoted by 5th house. Then

what is the difference between 9th house and 5th house and navamsa.

 

Kindly clarify.
