A few questions - retrograde planets, sade sati, pitri dosh

Respected Gurujis,

 

I'm a beginner in astrology and am new to this astrology group. I

have a few questions and would appreciate it if you would take the

time to answer them:

 

 

1. I've read that retrograde planets are closer to the Earth, which

makes them stronger. Then why is it bad for a planet to be retrograde?

 

2. When someone's moon is at 28 degrees Gemini, does their Sade sati

end when Saturn leaves Cancer or does it continue until Saturn is

further into Leo (13 degrees?)?

 

3. What is pitri dosh?
