Ascertaining Siblings From Drekkana

My experience says no, always see 3rd for younger, 11th for older.

Dear Raja and Dhira Krsna dasa,

as I know we do consider oddity of lagna in deciding which house (3rd or 11th)

in D3 to take to see younger brother/sister. Also, if there is Parivartana

including Lagna we change bhava which we take (then for odd Lagna younger is in

11th, and for even Lagna younger is in 3rd and elder in 11th).
