I don't know much about her other than the fact she has one younger brother and she was born in Korea and migrated to Australia in July 1999. The time of birth is given as 3:15 am., date March 13,1969, place Masan Korea (128e24, 35n21). My question is, while trying to see younger siblings in the drekkana chart, do we consider whether the ascendant is odd or even while deciding which house (3rd or 11th) is to be taken for younger brother?
