Doubt on one short detail?---Questions on Prashna

Sorry for the inconvenience, could you kindly clarify further the

following detail?

 

You have noted;

 

[Rafal] Lagna is querrient , twelfth house is astrologer, in

Vivaha-prasna Lagna is life of bride. Question is seen from house

occupied by Arudha Lagna.

 

Should I take AL as lagna and see houses from that, e.g. regarding a

question on children, 5th. from AL. Or see the question itself from

AL.
