Dosha's getting nullified in Chart Compatiblity

Dear All,

When we do horoscope matching for marriages its been said that if

manglik dosha is present then if both boy and girl are mangalik then dosha is

nullified.

Similarly if Venus is in 7th bhava for both boy and girl its effect is

nullified.

 

What is the reason behind this conclusion??

Would someone be kind enough to give an analytical / logical explanation as to

how and why this happens??
