Apparently he was lax by not appointing a proper lawyer as he had not committed the offence. The result is he is jailed for 4 years. Can anyone analyze the reason for this....any Vedic remedies and the whether he will he be freed soon. You will also note that the Amavyasa tithi changes between 7.00 to 7.05 am. Jaimini also gives a method for ascertaining bandhana by way of equal number of planets causing argala, which is not present in this chart. But there is another method where malefics must be in the 2nd, 5th, 9th or 12th which is there with Dhanus Lagna but not with Scorpio. Question is, need there be a bandhana from Atmakaraka or Arudha Lagna just because the physical body (lagna) is experiencing it? I mean many criminals feel quite at home in prison, so why should their Atma feel traped? Or the other way, bandhana may occur from Atmakaraka and not Lagna, so person feels trapped, though physically they are not bound. But I was under the impression that malefics in those houses indicate bandhana, which is something more than just imprisonment. Jail punishment is expected, when the sublord of 12th house is the strong significator of 2,3,8 and 12 and is in nakshtra which is not retrograde, and the event will take place when the dashas and antara is related to 3, 8 and 12 significators. The person will be released from Jail, when the sublord of 4th house is strong significator of 2, 4 and 11 cusp and the dashas are related to these houses.
