If Venus is there it influence this. It gives usually help from Venusian people - but very important is position of AL - because its tell us what You do about it. If its in Kendra/Trikona then its very important for You. If its in third or sixth - there is mood of rejection from Your side, or You dont have fortune enough (depends on nakshatra). Venus has argala on Lagna which helps one in getting name (like all friends do - this should be especially seen from Chandra Lagna - community). If malefic aspects by Graha dristi it gives negative emotions connected to this help from Venusian people. Sanjay Ji also wrote that open-friends are fifth (supporters) and hidden is eleventh , this can be also applied to enemies (sixth and twelfth). Ve(AK) is retrograde and exalted and AK. It is conjunct 4th lord Sun, debilitated Me (2nd and 5th lord). Also, it is 3rd from AL. It seems like a lot is going on with this Ve. Ve is exalted in eleventh Vakra, it can give occult interest and one can be interest in this and get some expertise. There is also good Raja Yoga with AK+PK aspecting fifth and lagnesh with fifth (Sun). Buddha will give money in dasa and Shukra can give some sort of problems in relation (UL is also in eight). Forth and Fifth gives also Janan Yoga and Seventh in dushtana is Duryoga. One can be very dominant in relation due to UL L in Lagna and one will be blocking himself (7 from AL) but also through own will (AL L) will go out. Guru is in Lagna in both Rasi and Navamsa and will give good knowledge and philosophy if Navamsa is Aquarius. In tenth from Rasi Lagna it also gives occult interests (Moon with Ketu in Kona to eight also). This is what I saw in one moment...
