No Richa Ji -- we need to examine the whole chart in perspective.

 

One approach:

 

Check where the Arudha Lagna (AL) falls, for example, and determine

what the 3rd and the 11th therefrom signify...

 

Also, I assume you are considering Vimshottari Dasa.
