Dear learned members,

Please help me on the above topic.

If Mars is in 2nd, 12th, 4th, 7th or 8th Bhava (either from

Ascendent, or Moon or Venus), then it is considered that the native

has Kuja Dosha, while matching horoscopes of boy and girl for the

purpose of marriage. Similar placement of Saturn, Rahu, Ketu and Sun

is also considered dosha for calculation of Dosha points.

Methodology of calculation was given by esteemed Sir B.V. Raman in

his book on How to Judge a Horoscope concerning seventh house.

I request learned members of the group to give their experienced

judgment and clarify following points

1. Dosha of Mars gets neutralized or minimized if certain

bhavas fall in certain Rasis. For example, if Mars is in 2nd Bhava

and that Rasi happens to be Gemini or Virgo, it produces no dosha.

In such cases for 2nd Bhava whether dosha points shall be taken as

given in the book or zero.

2. Similarly, Mars produces no dosha whatever in Leo or

Aquarius. Shall we take Dosha points as zero for Mars in these Rasis

irrespective of Bhava?

3. Shall we calculate these dosha points only from Lagna Bhava

for Mars or shall we consider Bhava Nos from Moon and Venus also for

Mars.

4. If we have to calculate these dosha points for Mars from

Moon and Venus also, is it necessary to take Bhava mid point for

first Bhava as Bhukti of Moon and Venus respectively or only from

mid point of Lagna Bhava.

Thanks

vvrao
