Guest guest
Dear Vistiji, Namaskar! Sorry for asking you an immature question (I should go thru the lessons more carefully, but find discussion a better way of learning fundamentals) My question is - when there is a charakaraka replacement how does one determine the sthir karaka which is to occupy the place vacated as a result of the replacement? For me there is a charakaraka replacement between BK (Moon) and MK (Sun). So if sun occupies the place of the moon who will occupy the place vacated by the Sun? I shall be so grateful if you could help me with the answers to the following questions: 1. What does this replacement signify? (I have some inkling of this but want confirmation from you) 2. How to determine when such replacement becomes effective? 3. How to determine whether the effect of this replacement will be permanent or shortlived? 4. How to determine whether the effect of this replacement will be potent or weak? Given my very rudimentary knowledge / understanding of the subject I was not able to get the answers to these questions from whatever reading I have done so far.
