Rahu is the

lord of the second from upapada and is in ayus-debility – this causes ill

health of spouse.

Because

Rahu is involved in a curse, the ill health has arisen from this.

Because badhakesh

Surya is involved, this curse is hard to remove and is coming from the gods,

i.e. Sri Vishnu (mercury).

 

Mercury is also

dispositor of karakamsa, thus the problem is at an atmalevel, and must also be

corrected this way. Atmalevel problems are corrected through the worship of Sri

Shiva. The specific form is Shiva as Malikaarjuna.

So the

mantra is; Om Namah Shivaaya Malikaarjunaaya Haum Joom Sah.

(see compound relationship) and Mo is in bad avastha. Besides, Mo and Ve have

high Kashta phalas. Ma is maraka for the 8H and conjoins A3/A8 and aspects the

Lagna can cause some diseases. Overall, Ve dasa is not the best dasa but will

be so-so.

> Narayana Dasa can be judged in several ways, briefly given below:

> (a) Judge the Dasa from various Lagnas: Here Dasa is in 8H from Lagna

(health) & Chandra Lagna (mind) with Ke in it giving accidents,

difficulties and also mental distresses. From AL

it is 11H but it has a malefic Ke giving a paapargala on the AL, thereby reversing the effect.

> Moreover, this dasa will also be very heavy in expenses (in your words

'intolerably') because 6L and 12L Ma in 11H aspecting the 2H, and 2L

(dhanabhava-lord) is Me in the 6H with several natural malefics. (Note that Sa

although is benefic for Ta-lagna, but is Badhakesha and is combust and

Sun-Ra-Sa is never good). However, one of the good things of Ke in the 8H is

rising of Kundalini Shakti. Ke is in the 8H from Lagna/Lagnesha/AK, aspects

connecting the Mokshatrikona houses confirming an enriching and highly satisfying

spiritual experience. This this dasa may not be materially beneficial (infact

quite the contrary, as you have seen so far) but in spiritual or occult terms

will be very enriching and rewarding. However, please read point 3 below for

more views.

> (b) Judge the entire chart with Ta as lagna during Dasa period: This is

because during Ta Dasa, the Narayana sits in Ta and directs the affairs of the

Life. With Ta as lagna, Ke is afflicting it; rank malefics are in the 7H

(marriage area has afflictions due to ill healths/quarrels etc) and Ta-lord is

in 6H (diseases/enemies) conjoining 3L and enemy Mo. Ve is in

Maranakarakasthana from Ta-lagna. 12L Ma aspects Ve giving possibilities of

accidents.

> © Three Parts Rule: I will not go into the detailed theory of this rule

but will merely apply it. Ta is a Prishtodaya Rasi and its lord Ve is in Libra

which is a Sirshodaya Rasi. Dividing the entire length of the Ta MD into three

equal parts, i.e. 5 years/3 = 1y8m each i.e. 4 antardasa, the First Part is

taken up by the results of the Dasa Lord, Second Part is taken up by the

various planets associating with the Dasa Rasi (due to conjunction and rasi

Vishnu. Me is the graha in the 9th from Karakamsa and also indicated an avatara

of Lord Vishnu (Sri Buddha avatara). Thus worship of Lord Vishnu will be most

beneficial. You can perform Japa/meditation with "Om Namo Bhagavate

Akuupaaraaya" (Kurma Avatara Mantra) and worship with "Klim Kuurmaaya

Namah" using a tulsi maala.

> 4. Badhaka effects:

> For Tula Lagna, the badhaka is Su. Here Su is in the 2H with Malefics Ra

and Sa. Sa is combust and is enemy of Su. Ra/Sa association shows in past

birth, the deity idol may had been polluted. Badhaka in a fixed rasi (Scorpio)

showing affliction is a difficult one. Badhaka is in the 2H and Lagna is a

Movable rasi occupied by Ve, indicating that in the past birth, the deities

wealth - Dhatu (some inanimate object) & Moola (grains, trees, land etc) -

had been misappropriated and must be returned. Sun indicates the deity to be

Lord Siva. A remedy must be performed to remove the wrath of the deity

indicated. The remedy is Mantra Japa of Lord Siva, Om Namah Sivaaya.

Additionally, worship of Siva in a temple (Sun indicates temples) on Sundays

with Lamp/candle (Sun's dispositor is Mars- agni). Ra's associaltion Badhakesha

makes this a must : Sprinkling milk (Tarpana) over the abode of serpents or

over an image of the Snake God (Nagaraja /Vasuki) in a temple. Remember that

Lord Siva is Ashutosha (meaning "one who is saisfied with little")

and listens to sincere prayers very quickly.

>

> Badhaka conjoins both Sa and Me who as significators of Ishta and Dharma

Devata (also AmK) and it is very very important to remove the indicated ill

effects. More so as they are lords of 4H, 5H and 9H !

>

> Please verify and take further suggestions from Guru Visti Larsen in this

list. He is an able and experienced astrologer, and his suggestions will be

valuable. Once Badhaka ill-effects are removed you will have a better/smoother

life, I am sure.
