Guest guest
I had a dream that I was walking down a road around 7.30pm and there was a person walking behind me. Suddenly a dog appeared and attacked my hand to snatch my bag. I fell down and the passer by came to help me and both of us shooed the dog away. My wife dreamt that as she was walking down a street suddenly she was attacked by 2 dogs. Each dog tried to bite her wirst and she was wounded with bite marks. Can some clarify, throw some light on these dreams? This is the time when Yama will take all your oblations and give them to your ancestors. Gayatri is the best to do during this time, especially if you know the Yama Gayatri. As for Rings, I hope you were not wearing a Pearl or Diamond, as these are joined/lording the sixth house in your chart and will block the mantras from working. Death is quite auspicious in dreams, if it involves oneself. Please describe the further details of the dream for us. The primary event wasdeath because of an animal (an ape I think). I remember the detailsvery vividly but the contents were very disturbing and I am afraid toeven put them down in words. It ended with my parents asking me to goto the pooja altar in our house (which did not resemble any of ourcurrent or past residences). There is some context to this dream which makes me think this was justa message for me. About a couple of weeks back I stopped doing mydaily puja which I had religiously been doing for several years unlessI was not able to. The reasons for my doing so were partlyfrustration. I also stopped wearing my rings and a pendant which Iwore everyday after my pooja. I was sleeping with my head towards theNorth which is apparently not advised under Vasthu. (I switched toSouth when I woke up from the dream). My details: June 18, 1975, 11:45pm, Madras, IndiaDream details: September 25, 2005, 96W20, 30N38Time of dream: Approx. 4:00am to 4:15am. I woke up from the dream at4:15am and in "dream time" it wasn't a very long one.I would like learned members and gurus to comment on the event. Anyhelp in understanding and making sense of the dream will be greatlyappreciated! Thanks!Vinod
Guest guest
Dear Visti, Is it possible for the Pitrupaksha influence to last beyond September? I started having nightmares/dreams in September last year that have extended to this year - central theme being snakes/serpents ranging in size from small to anaconda size. They started out very ominously but with Vinayaka's blessing they have ended up being fairly curious. Last Saturday - Nov 5 - I dreamt of blood and violence but no snakes (I feel fairly sure there were no snakes). There were more details to the dream but I couldn't remember them when I woke up. Upon further probing of my memory, the answer I'm getting is the blood of humanity on a battlefield. What seemed really strange in this dream is that I could smell the blood and I could feel it all around. I generally have no difficulty falling asleep but that night I could not fall asleep. There's a limit to how much TV one can watch so by about 2am I switched off the TV and made myself go to sleep. This is the first time I have ever had a dream like this and I am at a loss to figure out the meaning. I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on this.
