Sorry for

the delay in answering.

A few

interesting combinations are present in your horoscope. Your sixth house is

initiating a Grahamalika yoga with Shani in it. Mangal is opposite this Shani,

and causes unmadana yoga, which would have initiated a situation with mental

disturbances.

 

The lagnesh

is important for any mental disturbances, and it is budha placed in the seventh

house. It is not so badly placed as you have inferred, being that it is joined

an exalted Shukra and deha-karaka Surya. However being atmakaraka, debilitated

and in marana karaka sthana, some problems are definitely popping up.

 

Guru must

be analyzed for mental disturbances, and here Guru is joined Rahu, whilst being

placed in the third house from Lagnesh and AK – Budha. In the pachakadi

sambandha, the third house from Budha is the worst placement, and being that

Guru is darakaraka it can indicate the source of the problems being either loss

of money or a shock in relationships. Guru is badhakesha and is joined sixth

lord Rahu, showing that someones bad thoughts or jealousy kickstarted this

problem.

 

Notably the

disease is occuring on a soul level, due to the bad position of Guru and Rahu

from Atmakaraka (which is also lagnesh). This would have started in the

Dwisaptati Antara Dasa of Guru, coinciding with the Shoola antara dasa of

Meena.

 

The remedy

is clear; worship Shiva in the form of your atmakaraka. In this case Shiva as

Malikaarjuna. For best results, practice this mantra for 7x108 times a day for

40 days. After the 40 days you can reduce this to 108 times.

The mantra

is: Om Namah Shivaaya Malikaarjunaaya Haum

Joom Sah.
