dear visti, this is something i am not ready to believe....

what about herbal remedies which are used by people all over the world.aloe vera

is a plant and it has a terrific effect on any user...so i somehow cannot

believe that plants , which are nature's gift can be exclusive in their

effect........sorry visti, but this is what i feel.......what about triphala??

it is a herbal combination, and it works wonders on who ever takes it.......if

what you say is right then ayurveda has no place for people who are born in

other tithis except amavasya .....please do expand on this as i am greatly

troubled, i have a lot of faith and belief in alternative medicine!!!

for the body is one thing which is always advised, but flower or plant remedies
