I have put together a list of UL location and possible meeting place of spouse. I know that UL cannot be in all the houses, but I have considered all the houses, because 2nd, 3rd, etc,.... UL can be present in any of the houses. I might be way off in my understanding. Please excuse my ignorance and correct me. Maybe because i was also away for two months. The actual place of meeting the spouse is seen from the seventh lord from Venus, as that is where you meet the spouse, i.e. is it overseas, or near, is it at a restuarant, etc. The placement of the Upapada will show which activity you must be doing to find the spouse, i.e. one chart with upapada in the ninth house, and the person went to college (ninth is higher education, not fifth), and whilst the partner wasn’t in the same college, they were living in the same dorms at college. The second house is family, be is spiritual family or biological family, and through the family marriage can happen, i.e. one case i remember had upapada in the second house, and they met their spouse through the inlaws of their sister. Upapada in the fourth house can compell the mother to go searching for a spouse for one, or if Mercury is strongly influencing, then this can be in primary education, i.e. many people marry their high-school sweet heart. Upapada in the tenth house tends to make ‘work’ the primary trigger to getting a spouse. Usually such people whilst at work meet their partner, but the partner may not have anything to do with their work... important thing is that they must work. Also can you explain how do you see if your spouse comes from overseas? So 7th lord from Venus would indicate the meeting place of spouse. How would we see meeting place of subsequent spouses, in case of multiple marriages? I can correlate the UL location with activity you must be doing to meet spouse now. I am looking at a few charts and its stating to make sense. For example, my husband’s UL is in 9th house, he was doing his PhD when he met me. Mine is in the 11th house, I do not know how to analyze that. Some of these are not clear. Please help me wit this. 2nd house-family, what would 8th house be- through astrology perhaps? 3rd house- friends, 4th – mother, 5th-college, 6th-service, 7th-?, 9th-higher education, why not father?, 10th-job,11th-?,12th-spirituality, 1-? Since, I have been away for so long, I have not had the chance to order it. I have heard so many wonderful things about it. I look forward to reading it. Can you even please explain the role of seventh lord from Venus in bringing the spouse ? The nature of sign (movable,fixed,dual) in 7th indicate how far the meeting place will be from ones home.
