Guest guest
Hi, I have rectified the D-7 of my bro-in-law based upon the birth of my nephew on 1st August'05. I need guidance of learned members in correcting me in case I have commited any mistakes. Reported birth date and time were 5 Sep'78 4:00 am, New Delhi,India. With the given data D-7 lagna falls in Gemini. 5th from Gemini is Libra with lord Venus placed in 6th house in Scorpio. But if birth time is moved to 3:59 am, D-7 lagna moves to Taurus. 9th lord Capricorn is exalted and placed in 6th house aspected by Jupiter. This indicates birth of a son. Please let me know if my reasoning is correct. Regards, Sameer
Guest guest
|| Hare Rama Krsna || Dear Sameer, Namaskar I think your reasoning is fine. Saturn in 12th from Venus suggests that the child will live away from the father. Have you rectified some other divisions? Dasamsa lagna changes just a couple of minutes earlier, as does Siddhamsa. Best wishes, Samir At 01:52 05/08/2005, you wrote: ______________________ Message: 4 Thu, 04 Aug 2005 11:15:29 -0000 "sameer_sawhney" <icecoolsam (AT) vsnl (DOT) net> Birth time rectification Hi, I have rectified the D-7 of my bro-in-law based upon the birth of my nephew on 1st August'05. Guest guest
Dear Samir,Namaste Why does Saturn in 12th from Venus will make the son live away from father ? Can you please explain a bit more on that ? Yes the D-10 lagna changes at 3:57am from Li to Vi. Any pointers on D- 10 rectification will be really helpful as I havent done that in the past. Guest guest
|| Hare Rama Krsna || Dear Sameer, Namaskar Venus is the Saptamsa Lagna lord, and Saturn is the lord of the first child. Firstly, the relationship between the two planets will indicate the relationship between father and child - in this case the two are friendly, so this is good. Secondly, the relative placement of the two indicates the nature of the relationship. 2/12 can often mean the child will live abroad/away from the father (though not necessarily immediately). In the D-10, the artha trikona (6, 10, 2) shows the person's career. With Virgo lagna this would almost certainly be government-military service, given the influence of Sun and Rahu. For Libra lagna I'm not so sure - perhaps something service related like foodstuffs or hospitality. Which is it? Guest guest
Dear Samir,Namaste He is into software and computers. By the way I have Me,Ve,Ra,Ju,Ma,Su and Moon in artha trikonas in D- 10. In such a scenario which graha determines the career ? Guest guest
|| Hare Rama Krsna || Dear Sameer, Namaskar Hmm... I had missed something then - the influence of mercury on Lagna and the 10th house for Gemini lagna, and the aspect of Ketu on the 10th, which is probably enough to give a computing related job. I think Gemini lagna is more likely. Also Sun and Mercury are in 11th from VL in Rasi. Another way to go about it: are you sure about the Navamsa lagna? With Capricorn lagna he should be very gifted musically - singing especially. It wouldn't give much programming/technical ability. Sagittarius lagna is much more likely for that, with Ketu, Mercury and Mars in trines - it would make a good Jyotisa also! If it is Sagittarius Navamsa, then the Dasamsa is already fixed as Gemini lagna, because we can't change the Saptamsa. Guruji taught me that career progression is seen in this order: 6th house, 10th house, 2nd house. And for each house, the progression is seen in this order: 1. sign itself; 2. lord of the sign; 3. occupants and aspects on the house. So all the planets in the artha trikona will not have a simultaneous effect, but rather there will be a progression. However the strongest planets influencing the trikona will have a bearing on the general field of work. The 10th house shows what you were trained to do. Guest guest
Dear Samir,Namaste D-9 lagna changes at almost 3:52 am which is 8 minutes behind the reported TOB. I am not sure about his singing abilities but yes you are correct that Sg lagna is more probable out of the two. The interesting thing is that the presence of Ketu and Ju in ninth house can make him a good astrologer even though he has no knowledge of the same right now. Thanks for all the inputs as I did learn a couple of new and interesting things in working out this chart with you.
