Correction of lagna

Dear Gurus,

 

In a horoscope Sa it in mooltrikona (Aq) in 11th

house. This is Aries ascendant with Ju in 1st house.

The birth details apparently are:

 

July 9th 1964, Varanasi time: 00.10

 

This person has had a harrowing Sa dasa from 1989 till

now. His sade sati is still on. I am tempted to

believe that his horoscope has Pi rising with Sa in

12th house which would explain the serious money

problems and askewed decision making of this person.

That would change the birth time to 00.03.

 

Marraige: midnight 12.12.89

Mother end: 6 pm 14.05.2005

 

Can someone help me on what I should look for to get

the right lagna? Or explain why this Sa mahadasa has

been so bad.
