If you follow the thread carefully, we were talking about "Sarpa Yoga" and not "Kaala Sarpa yog" or "Kaal Amrit Yog" which you are referring to.... (Though, Kaala Sarpa or Amrit will dominate the Sarpa if 3 krura grahas are in Quadrants. There are variations.) With the Sarpa, its as if the person is in the grips of a serpant. Generally speaking, with the Kaala Sarpa or Kaala Amrit, the person struggles between the materialistic and the spiritual depending on the palcement of the Nodes and breaks out approximately after the mid-40's (there are exceptions to this as well).
