I am not able to interpretate that in both conditions mars plays an important role.. How to judge abt the persons characteristics as Thief and Detective.Since both have to think in same way...means what crime a thief do...the detective has to think on the same track..means both have a same nature of mind......and i think then the effect of sun playes role that the person moves to Govt official post or thief category.
