I am raising some pertinent questions which I think many also would have faced

while analyzing the horoscope. Although the points are related to my chart,

your answers would definitely help me and may be others studying astrology. I

hope you will find some time to clear the doubts.

 

Doubts:-----------

 

1. Retrogression: Jup is exalted but retrograde.. does this equals to

debilitation?...if so, is not the debility being cancelled (Neechbhanga) since

Jupiter is conjunct the lord of its exaltation rashi. In this case moon, the

dispositor of jupiter is also strong - shukla pakhsa. I also read that benefics

when retrograde are good as they become strong .... this does not conform to the

earlier statement of exalted + Retro = debil. In another version, I read that

retrograde planet just delays the results but is not exactly equal to deb. pls

explain.

 

Retrogression gives denial and delay of coming result. This planet is going

forward and then go backwards. Sometimes is it tha it gives something then He

take it back. Eight house is Dushtana, it is not good to have exalted benefic

vakra in Dushtana. Therefore it is not good. Some debts , failures, lose

battles are indicated (6 from AL).

 

2. Combustion: Sun and mer are forming yoga DKPY.. but sun is combusting the

mer..what is the effect?. Similarly 5th(mars) and 9th(sun) lords are conjunct -

good.. here also sun is combusting mars. is sun beneficial in this regard? how

should we judge the combustion if sun rules a benefic house in a chart.

 

Combustion usually damage the Yoga.

 

3. Lagn ( Asc.) is in Moola nakshatra does this mean gandhanta? or is nakshatra

gandhanta only to be considered from Moon birth star.

 

Gandanta stretches from 2 degree 30 minutes in between Watery/Fiery signs. Here it is 5 degree 56.

 

4. Sat and rahu in 9th house( stopping bhagya)..7th from AL( blocking image)...

also giving rashi drishti on 2nd from UL( longevity of marriage)..., also giving

argala to Moon and Jup in 8th house. do Sat and rahu indicate some kind of

curse?... Sat is matrikarka and rahu is gnatikarka. any remedies which can be

done. Sat and rahu have both graha as well as rashi drishti of Mars also. I

also read sat and rahu form some kind of shapit yoga..pls clear this.

 

I dont see any curse in this chart forming by Dristi of Two malefics. These two

malefics in 9H in 7 from AL is very bad, it can damage whole chart. For Saturn

is Ruby, for Rahu is Yellow Saphire. Yellow Saphire however cannot be worn as

Jupiter it in 6 from AL, Sun is in Twelfth house. I am not so qualified to give

this kind of complex remedies so I hope some learned member will help You.
