Guest guest
Dear Susan, Hare Rama Krsna! >How do the seasons correspond to the time periods of the day? If we divide 24 hours into 6, then we get parts of 4 hours. Then have spring (vasanta) start at sunrise, and map all the others after it. Do the same planets that rule the seasons also rule the corresponding times of day? Does it start at 6 AM (like Horas), or does it start at 4 AM, or does it start at the actual time of sunrise each day? If starting at 6 AM, Seasons, Times of Day and Ruling Planets would be: Vasanta -- 6 AM to 10AM -- Ruled by Venus Grishma -- 10 AM to 2 PM -- Ruled by Sun and Mars Varsha -- 2 PM to 6 PM -- Ruled by Moon Sjarad -- 6 PM to 10 PM -- Ruled by Mercury Hemanta -- 10 PM to 2 AM -- Ruled by Jupiter Sishira -- 2 AM to 6 AM -- Ruled by Saturn Is this correct? Best Wishes, Susan
