14.25 ratti ruby (can it be worn) - request to gurus

Hi,

 

I have got a very fine burmese ruby of 14.25 ratti. I

would like to know that can we wear such a big stone

(though in size it does not seem that big due to its

density). Or it should be placed in the place or

worhship and I should wear 5.25 ratti (medium quality

ruby).

 

Is there some ill effects of wearing large ruby.
