Guest guest
Satyam Bruyat Priyam Bruyat Dear Friends, Vistiji had also discussed D3 (Parivriti), where he talked about planets in kendra showing skills that are prominent and used regularly, planets in trines show the skills the native wants to master and planets in dusthana show the skills that do not come easily. His article on Drekkana probably covers this. Regards Ramesh []On Behalf Of Rafal Sunday, May 15, 2005 6:41 AM Re: [Om Krishna Guru] Trines in D-9 Dear Jyotisha Namaskar, Trines in Navamsa are abilities we were born with. Trines to AK tell us about what we as soul want to increase as our ability. Lagna is also Kona so also has important things to say about our ability. Lagna tell us about dharma. 5H is ability we have from our previous birth, while 9H is ability which has to be improved with the help of elders. This is what I was taught. with regards, Rafal ~ om tat sat ~ Thank you for maintaining the decorum of the Achyuta Ashram. Guest guest
|| Om Krsna Guru || Dear Lakshman, Ramesh and list, Namaskar Thanks very much for your guidance. I'll be looking more closely at the Parivritti drekkana now. Lakshman, a small correction to what you wrote: It is malefics in trines to the Karakamsa that gives knowledge of mantra/tantra/yantra. Benefics do not give this ability. If there is the aspect/conjunction of benefics on these malefics, then the knowledge is used for good purposes. Otherwise, the opposite is true. Sanjayji's chart clearly demonstrates this. He has the Moon aspecting Karakamsa. I just noticed that Parasara (in the Sharma edition anyway) specifies that this applies only from Karakamsa, while Jaimini doesn't explicitly say - and neither does Sanjayji in his translation. Can anyone suggest what the parampara advises? I can see why it might apply only to karakamsa - given that mantra/tantra/yantra all amount to playing with energies at the atma level. Why malefics you may ask? Malefics cause suffering and denial to us. The purpose of learning these methods/remedies is to overcome this denial... basically its the ability and force to make these malefics let go of the suffering. Because suffering usually occurs during the atmakaraka dasa, the ideal time to learn all these things is also during atmakaraka dasa. Actually i agree fully with samir’s points. Lakshman – Benefics need to aspect the karakamsa itself to give a good intention for using these powers... invariably if malefics aspect the karakamsa one could be swayed to use these powers for evil purposes. The remedy for such a person is to worship the Ishta Devata to always keep them calm and content. Guest guest
Dear Visti, Hare Rama Krsna. >You are correct, these abilities of mantra, tantra, yantra, etc applies >only to karakamsa. A basic question: if malefics in trines to Karakamsa, then if AK is a malefic himself, does he count also as a malefic in trines to karakamsa? I have been pondering over this a long time, so now I ask you. quoting Laksman: >If there is the aspect/conjunction of benefics on these malefics, then >the knowledge is used for good purposes. That means I should have the Moon in Pisces Navamsa, which is my Karakamsa, otherwise I would have only Mars aspecting which would prove the contrary. A pluspoint for my ayanamsa.
