Samir – I agree that an entire should be considered in making a more in-depth analysis. One note – perhaps you were considering the hypothetical, but in the given scenario(s) Venus does not lord Baadhaksthaana (11th for Movable; 9th for Fixed; 7th for Dual Signs) or Dushthaana (6th, 8th, 12th and 3rd as Trika) from the given AL below. I am writing this also to avoid any confusion this may cause to anyone else following, or when this is in the archives. Another interpretation: Venus represents the harmonizer. In finding the devotion regarding the reaching of a balance in service and one’s hopes and aspirations, -- the natives’ image could rise… Best wishes, Nitin. || Namah Shivaaya || ========================== || Om Krsna Guru || Dear King, Namaskar, The point has to be made once more, that talking about such combinations in isolation isn't going to tell you very much. Jyotish simply does not work like that. If you don't try to look at a broader picture, there's not much point in looking at all. Venus in AL in Aries could mean that you are perceived as a somewhat passionate and virile. But if Venus lords bhadakasthana or a dusthana from AL, this could dent your reputation. Depends what other planets are influencing also. Say if Rahu was aspecting, it would turn from "passionate" to "overly aggressive". Venus with AL in Navamsa means your spouse (or people of the opposite sex) perceive you as passionate/attractive/artistic etc (i.e., Venusian qualities) Isolated combinations are at best guidelines. Best wishes, Samir "king23.rm" <king23 Mon Apr 18, 2005 10:57 am Venus with AL Dear All, Can anyone please explain what does it mean Venus with AL Rasi Chart in Aries (5th House) and AL and A7 with Venus in Navamsa (5th House - Capricorn) Thanks
Guest guest
|| Om Krsna Guru || Dear Nitinji, Namaskar I was being a little hasty when typing that reply, which is why I didn't stop to consider what houses Venus would be lording from AL :-[ . Thanks for making it clear. Venus is, however, a functional malefic for Sagittarius Lagna, so some negative results could be expected I think. This, and the fact that AL is in a Martian sign, is why I leaned towards the more aggressive picture of Venus. I will remember your additions, however. Warm regards, Samir ______________________ Message: 19 Mon, 18 Apr 2005 09:15:12 -0600 "Nitin" <sjvc (AT) justnitin (DOT) com> #3 Venus with AL ||| Vyam VyaasaDevaaya Namah ||| Dear Samir and List members, Namaskaar. Guest guest
color:#FF0080">||Hare Rama Krsna|| Dear Guys, Namaskar Venus in the Arudha lagna is excellent for relationships. The person is usually very attractive towards the opposite sex, and will also give the person some limelight in life. Such a person should marry – celibacy or sanyas is definitely not a choice for them to take.
