Firstly sorry for the delay in reply, couldnot check due to some

all round day work at a building construction.

 

MUTRAVAHA SROTAS -

 

It is the Urinary Channel. Srotas in Ayurveda means a Space, a

space for movement of the required dhatu/tissue etc. Mutravaha

Srotas means "Space for Urine". "Mutravaha nama srotasam Basti

mulam ....". This sloka means Urinary Bladder i.e Basti is the Main

Place of Mutravaha Srotas. As per the zodiac it is 7th House.

 

The various problems related here are -)

1) Mutrakrucchra - Its difficulty to Micturate. Pain & obstructions

to the passage of Urine. Tridoshas - Vata, Pitta & Kapha are

involved here.

 

2) Mutraghata - Here Urine output is reduced as the formation of

urine is hampered. Mainly caused by vitiation of Vata Dosha.

 

3) MutraAshmari/ Renal Calculi/Stones in Bladder, kidney.

 

Here Vata Dosha dries up the Urine , pitta & kapha causing the

Stones. types - Vataja, Pittaja, Kaphaja & Sukraja. In Sukraja it is

caused due to drying up of Semen by Vata Dosha.

 

4) Vrukka Shotha/ Glomerulonephritis - Caused due to vitiation of

Pitta Doshas, immediate & residual effects of bacteral infection on

Kidney.

 

Vrukka means "Kidney".

1) Vata Dosha planets/Saturn affecting the Basti sthana i.e 7th

house, if gets aspect from Rahu.

2) If 6th or 7th house has yuti of 2 papagrahas like saturn/mars etc.

3) Moon sitting in Jala Rasi & its lord in 6th, getting aspect from

buddha.
