Ista Devata relationships

Dear list members, Namaskar,

I've a few questions regarding the Ista Devata planet in the Rasi

chart. I'd be grateful for any comments:

1. Does the chara karakatwa of the Ista Devata planet indicate the

person(s) that will lead the native to their Ista?

2. Does the Naisargika/Tatkalika sambhanda between the AK and Ista

planet indicate anything about the native's relationship with their

Ista?

3. What does the placement of the Ista Devata planet relative to

the AK (in D-1) tell us about the relationship the native will have with

their Ista? Is their anything specific one can learn from this

placement? It would seem to me that if the Ista planet is placed in

Kendras to the AK, then the Ista would have a more significant place in

the native's life. But can we be more specific about this?

Please guide me towards the right line of thought.

4. What is the significance of the houses lorded (in D-1) by the

Ista Devata planet? Do they indicate what we should be doing 'on

behalf' of our Ista?
