Guest guest
|| Om Namah Shivaaya || Dear Vistiji, Namaskar, A while back you had explained how to go about looking at health issues - to do with the 6/8th lords, and the placement of Saturn etc. Having revisited that, I've got a few more questions. You said that we should look at the placement of the Sun from Lagna and it's lord to determine the general level of health of a person. But the Sun in the 6th house (free of evil aspect and strong) can give good physique and happiness. I don't know if good physique will correspond to good health, but the two must be linked to some degree. Is this because of the relationship of the Sun with the karakas of the 6th? You had also said that the 2nd house and Bhadakasthana should be considered. Could you please explain how? I think Maharishi Jaimini also speaks of the 2nd and 7th from AL - if 7th from AL has the influence of Rahu or Ketu, the person will suffer stomach diseases. Will the results from Lagna be different in some way to the results from AL? Does bhadakasthana from AL also affect health? Why does AL play a role with health? I remember you said that Bhadakesh has to be in a yoga to cause problems. Does this mean it must in some way be connected to Lagna/6th/8th? How can the results of it's behaviour with respect to health be determined? I remember reading also that bhadakesh will never try to kill, only to punish... So will the type of illness it causes be different? Finally, in a case where Lagnesh also becomes D9 Kharesh, it seems we have the same planet hired to achieve opposite goals. How can we determine which effects will dominate? Thank you, Samir PS Thank you for letting us all read those new articles. They are truly enlightening. Reason is that they are marakas to the health and you can hence identify problems which are always bothering the individual. Badhaka causes health problems when associated with the lagna lord. If it also associates with 6th or 8th houses, then this can be due to black magic or dristi bädhak. Badhaka associated with the 8th house is also very strong to cause health problems. 12.0pt"> I remember you said that Bhadakesh has to be in a yoga to cause problems. I might be wrong, but thats why that statement has come up. I’ll be ready to correct myself if proven wrong. The reference to badhaka and health problems is Prasna Marga. Diseases caused by the badhaka are usually not easily curable or diagnosable. 12.0pt"> Finally, in a case where Lagnesh also becomes D9 Kharesh, it seems we have the same planet hired to achieve opposite goals.
