How the planents will then effect. how one should take this and how he can predict on this. ** and pls explain the chart of a boy (Date of birth 9 July 1977, time 3.19 pm, Delhi, India, the Lagna is Libra, how the prediction will be made. Pls help on this chart and tell/explain the reason of failure of this boy in his love and also he decided now to remain alone in his whole life and on his career side, why he is not satisfied and Pls suggest remedial measure in this regard. The Bhava Chalit Chakra can change a persons perception of the world, but the truth is seen from the Rasi chart itself.
