Guest guest
Dear All, My mother has been taken back to intensive care for a blood clot to her lungs. This is on top of the heart medication and blood thinning medication she is on (Coumadin and heparin). I was going to try to sleep today after being up most of the night along with most of last week spending hours in intensive care and on the oncology floor with overnighters on more than one occasion. However, I am out the door for this emergency and do not know when I can sufficiently return to my desk. In the meantime, Barney, I still owe you a reply on Winston Churchill and for those others who are waiting for my response to them on other chart matters - I apologize once again for the delay that continues this week. She is coming along slowly but steadily. Friday afternoon, 3/17 she was given the news that the tumor was not Cancerous. Which is great news and relieves my mother from exercising her decision to not go forward with any treatment if it was. She still has a long way to go with the real threat of complications and or relapses from the very difficult surgery. But, I believe one could say in all enthusiasm, Thumbs up!!
