Mars and saturn being natural malefics in this case are also functional malefics. Jupiters aspect on the 7th house not enough to overcome mars and saturn. A conjunction of Mars and Saturn in a kendra is always looked at with suspicion as they can do considerable harm. The 7th Lord is placed in the 6th (12th from 7th) harming the signification of the 7th house and in conjunction with ketu ( less than 6 deg) and Sun (more than 16 deg). Rahu with four unfavourable vergas (dasa verga) has serously afflicted the 7th Lord. Also note that within a 30 degree radius, the 7th Lord has only malefics as companions (sun is the 9th lord....) The natural significator Venus, is strong, exalted in Rasi and has two favourable vergas. But there is the aspect of a malefic Rahu. Taking Moon as Lagna: (Moon is thrayodasi krishanpaksha and weak) the 7th Lord Venus is in the 12th with the aspect of Rahu. Again, significant negative forces. The Navamsa chart: Inthe Navamsachart the 7th Lord aspects the 7th house and therefore strong. Venus is in a kendra in friendly house. Navamsa chart is favourable. Current Transits: In Rasi Chart , Transit Saturn aspects 10th house from Moon. (kantaka Sani). In Navamsa chart transit Saturn in 1st house from navamsa Moon. Jupiter's transits are favourable in both charts. Dasa / Antardasa (Yukteswar ayanamsa): Moon Dasa June 2003 to June 2013 Rahu Antardasa Novemeber 2004 to May 2006. Jupiter Antardasa till September 2007. Transit Saturn moves out of Cancer in July 2007. Marriage possibilities July - September 2007. Is Sun malefic here because it is a natural malefic or because it is 9th lord..I'm asking this because I read that Sun is a yogakaraka for dhanu lagna. The native has been previously advised to wear a ruby and yellow sapphire..she feels kind of depressed/sad when she wears the rings so she carries them with her, doesn't wear them..I don't know if it is psychological.. also, she observes fasting on thursdays.. again, for my understanding as a student, how does one determine whether the birth chart prevails or the navamsha?
