I read these two emails with interest and found that my computer

calculations using Jhora 7.02, reflect the following:

 

ASC 24* Leo

SUN 6* Leo

GL 6* Leo

(MER)7* Leo (retrograde)

MD 17* Leo

 

 

Beside the close associations, conjunctions (SU, GL, Ret MER)

combustion (GL and ret MER) I am of the understanding that both

Gulika and Mandi act as little brothers of Saturn. Is this not

correct?

 

If this is correct then the lst house puts added emphasis on the

stress and lack of in the fourth house Scorpio/Ma with Saturn 25*

retrograde, conjunct Moon 22* placed there.

 

I find it interesting too, the current transit of 13* Ketu in 2nd

sign Virgo/Me, house of speech. Saturn, transiting 12th sign

Cancer/Mo at 14* Retrograde, house of loss, renunciation; conjunct

Venus 15* being placed there. Ninth sign Aries/Ma with Mars 25* and

Ketu 1* placed there with transiting Mars conjunct Mars at 24*

 

Mars transit is significant in double malefic to 12 house Cancer/Mo

and 3rd house Libra/Ve – seventh house from Mars (others). In

addition, 7th sign Aquarius with Ruler Saturn, house of rebellion

and social order, from Lagna gives another powerful conflict with

others in this chart.

 

Wendy, I think my calculations are ok. A few weeks ago, when I was

having problems with different software calculations I changed a

setting of Lunar Parallel on one (which I didn't know I had marked)

and verified the others to be correct within ½ degree of each other.

My Parashara 6.0 is showing the same calculations as my Jhora 7.02.

 

 

I am concern if your calculations settings are showing something

different. I will then have to recheck my updated JPL and Swiss

ephemeris along with my Betz for sidereal midnight.

 

Please advise.
