It's very difficult for a mother to bear the pain of her children. His horoscope tells the story with (8th) dasa lord Moon in lagna...he's always been accident-prone. Pratyantar lord Saturn transiting 8th house (aspected by Mars) has brought this pain and suffering (through accident) to him no doubt.
