Guest guest
Dear Mrs Wendy, Before answering your question, just a quick update on Anil's situation because looking at transits today, I think Anil may have some luck tomorrow during his job interview since Jupiter is now transiting degree 15, this way natal Venus is 5 degrees away from 12th lord's affliction, so let's keep our fingers crossed ;-) Now regarding your question, thank you because it actually means more to me than you could possibly think since I will start my Jupiter dasha in 2008 and I am quite afraid of it! I do not consider Mars malefic for Capricorns. My Mars dasha was my best dasha ever and everytime Mars is active either by transit or dasha/bukhti I benefit from it. Has this not been your own experience as a Capricorn yourself? You have a strong Mars like myself, I think... If you look at my chart, you will see how benefic Mars has been for me and how it has helped my poor Mercury weakened in the malefic 6th house conjunct 8th lord Sun. If it wasn't for Mars's benefic aspect over Mercury, I think I would never be able to speak 5 languages. That is why I do not think Mars is being malefic for Anil either, on the contrary, it is my belief that it will actually help him in the near future when it moves into his 6th in April. Jupiter has always brought sadness to my life. In 1976 when I was doing my Moon/Ju period that is when my mother came back from Africa at a time when as a child I had setlled down with my aunts and my uncle and my life seemed to be at peace, so Jupiter came to disturb. In 1985 Mars/Jupiter my dear aunt Elisa in Hospital to be operated to a tumour - Jupiter 12th lord of hospitals, etc, more sadness... 1994 Rahu/Jupiter my dear aunt Elisa died. I could also list a series of transits like in 2002 when I had a serious nervous breakdown and nearly lost my job, but I am not sure you want me to but if you want I can supply you with that later on as I have done an extensive and very serious research on the effects of Jupiter as myself I could not believe a benefic planet such as Jupiter could have a such a devastating effect on a person's life but it did on mine from an early age... Best wishes, Rui. --- Wendy Vasicek <jyotish wrote: > Dear Rui, > > Sorry for delay in responding. Guest guest
Dear Rui, Balaji and All, Unfortunately I've been (still am) rather busy off-list. Hopefully later today (tonight) I will have caught up with it all and will be able to respond to your mails :-) Best Wishes, Mrs. Wendy http://JyotishVidya.com ______________________________ - "RPM" <rupamede <jyotish-vidya> Friday, December 09, 2005 6:17 AM Jupiter - for Mrs Wendy and Anil Dear Mrs Wendy, Before answering your question, just a quick update on Anil's situation because looking at transits today, I think Anil may have some luck tomorrow during his job interview since Jupiter is now transiting degree 15, this way natal Venus is 5 degrees away from 12th lord's affliction, so let's keep our fingers crossed ;-) Now regarding your question, thank you because it actually means more to me than you could possibly think since I will start my Jupiter dasha in 2008 and I am quite afraid of it! Guest guest
Dear Rui, You Wrote: >>I do not consider Mars malefic for Capricorns.<< You're correct; Mars is considered a F/B for Capricorn due to 4th being his moolatrikona. >>Jupiter has always brought sadness to my life.<< Jupiter sub-periods reflect the nature of his lordship onto the major planet...sub-periods of Jupiter have been difficult for me also! However his major period is somewhat different as he is the ruling planet...the results depend very much on his position and strength in the chart. Jupiter dasa was an excellent period in my life...the best! But, as I've said, his sub-periods are always difficult :-( >>1994 Rahu/Jupiter my dear aunt Elisa died<< Jupiter's dispositor is conjunct 8th lord in 6th house of maternal Aunts. >>I could also list a series of transits like in 2002 when I had a >>serious nervous breakdown and nearly lost my job, but I am not sure you want me to but if you want I can supply you with that later on as I have done an extensive and very serious research on the effects of Jupiter as myself I could not believe a benefic planet such as Jupiter could have a such a devastating effect on a person's life but it did on mine from an early age...<< By all means (when you have time) I'd be interested in looking at the transits etc.. Guest guest
Dear Rui, You Wrote: >>I do not consider Mars malefic for Capricorns.<< My Response was: >>You're correct; Mars is considered a F/B for Capricorn due to 4th being his moolatrikona.<< Actually Rui, this is my mistake (big mistake). For some reason this settled in my mind and I failed to recall the exception to the rule; "Malefics owning kendras will not be inauspicious" (the exception being) "unless they simultaneously own a tri-shadaya (3,6,11)". In which case they're classed as malefics. I apologise for leading people astray through my lack of attention...don't know where my head has been lately :-( You Wrote: >>If you look at my chart, you will see how benefic Mars has been >>for me and how it has helped my poor Mercury weakened in the >>malefic 6th house conjunct 8th lord Sun. If it wasn't for Mars's >>benefic aspect over Mercury, I think I would never be able to >>speak 5 languages.<< As dispositor of 2nd lord (language), Mars, in own sign in 11th and occupying nakshatra of 2nd lord, aspects 2nd house and Mercury.. Not surprising that you should gain proficiency in several languages...11th is the house of gains! However, his aspect (as a functional malefic) on 7th lord Moon and Venus can indicate disturbance in regards to married life and spouse.
