Yes, I do believe she will give birth.

The best time should be when she will be doing Sun/Jupiter period.

Jupiter aspects her 5th house and being such a strong and benefic planet it

should bless her with

a child. In April 2007. And then shortly after when Jupiter is transiting her

natal Jupiter

aspecting her 5th.
