Dear Mrs Wendy and Mr Krishnan

 

I have examined Noel's (my friend) father's and mother's death charts and even

though the mother's

makes me think Leo should be the one, then the father's makes me doubt a bit

more... As you said,

we would need more dates... but the problem is that he does not remember...

 

mothers death - 2nd February 2001 in Ireland - Noel's dasha at the time was

ketu/sun...

ketu was transiting sagittarius - 5th from leo, 4th from virgo

sun placed in scorpio - 4th from leo...

moon transiting aries and aspecting mars in libra - if leo, the moon would be

12th lord and would

be malefic to mars, lord of the 4th house of mother... Supporting the Leo

theory, weak Saturn

aspects Scorpio from Taurus along with equally natal weak Jupiter... Because I

cannot see any

afflictions to Jupiter the only indications for a Virgo lagna would be as

indicated the position

of ketu...

 

fathers death - 8th april 2004 - ketu saturn

ketu transiting libra...

Saturn transiting Gemini - 10th of father for Virgo lagna

Again the "lethal" Moon (12th ruler) is in a "suspicious" place (in my humble

opinion), as it

aspects 10th house! So, even though Saturn's transit supports a Virgo lagna, the

Moon might IMHO

support a Leo lagna...

 

I have also done the chart for when the dog died last friday: 28/10/2005 at

15.00 in Kerry

and have found out that the Moon was transiting Leo on degree 19.45 a very

similar degree Rahu and

Ketu are currently transiting 19.41... Coincidence or maybe not... the Moon

always seems to be in

"suspicious" places...

 

I am tired now and have probably missed a lot, and said a lot of mistakes... but

I am sure our

friends will correct me :-)

Well of course no conclusion can be reached with only a few dates

but let's look at what we have. First father's death (Apr 8 2004).

Using the tentative time of 23:00 (Lahiri ayanamsha). The native was

running dasa of KE-JU-KE-SU.

 

For Leo lagna dasa lord Ketu, in sign of Mars, occupies 9th

house...12th from 10th house of father (according to North Indian

custom).

 

Parashara also supports this in Ch.11: 11

TENTH HOUSE:

Royalty (authority), place, profession (livelihood), honor, FATHER,

living in foreign lands, and debts are to be understood from the

Note in Rasi that dasa lord Ketu's dispositor (Mars) occupies 3rd

house which signifies "parents death"...see Parashara Ch.11: 4

THIRD HOUSE:

>From the 3rd house, know of the following: valor, servants

(attendants), brothers, sisters, etc., initiatory instructions,

journey, and PARENT'S DEATH.

 

Now consider the transits:

Dasa/PD lord Ketu was himself transiting 3rd whilst his (natal)

dispositor (Mars) was transiting 10th house along with 3rd lord

Venus.

 

Bhukti lord Jupiter, lord of 8th from lagna and 8th from 10th is

again posited in 3rd house.

 

In transit:

Jupiter was in sign of Leo in nakshatra of Venus (3rd lord) whilst

his dispositor Sun, significator of father, was transiting Jupiter's

sign in 8th house. Both Jupiter and Sun were aspected by transit

Saturn... Saturn has particular relevance here as he's (in Rasi)

dispositor of 3rd lord and conjuncts natal Sun.

 

So certainly there are indications here that death of father is

possible. But no concrete conclusion can be made with just one

possibility.

 

In the same way we can look at the indications for mother's death.

Just very briefly, dasa was KE-VE-SA-ME.

Dasa lord Ketu's dispositor occupies 3rd (12th from 4th). Bhukti

lord Venus, dispositor of 4th lord, was transiting 8th house etc,

etc..

 

Sorry, am out of time at the moment. So far can't say mother's death

is an overwhelming possibility...some rectification of time may be

necessary. But I'll look at it again as soon as I can.

 

Other (200 plus) members may also like to try their rectification

skills...????

Dear Mrs Wendy,

Thank you once again for looking into this, I am at work now, but have made a

break in order to read your email and re examine the charts and have just

realized at that time Noel was doing the nodes reversal - his life was going

upside down - i think that is what it means in the simplest terms... But from

your line of thought, with which I am 100% in sintony, it seems like it would be

correct to say that because Noel's dasha was Ketu-Jupiter, both located in 3rd

(death of parents - this would happen - it was predicted) and father's death

would happen when ketu would transit the degree 17 Libra because in his natal

chart it was transiting degree 17 Aries... So, it was predicted all along... And

it definetelly refers to the father... From this analysis, he could not be

Virgo... but my judgement is now a bit "hurried up" by the people around me and

the noise so I cannot think right, but just to thank you so much dear Mrs Wendy

as you shed light on something and even though I am still

not right about lagna I am sure his father's death can be seen in his chart

quite easily really and with exact degrees!!!

This is very interesting. I am looking forward to developing the discussion.
