Mars and Saturn again, chart for education 11th house connection?

Once more we see Hurricane Rita with deaths in the Bus

due to fire.

 

Enclosed are the details of my brother who has done

his Phd in resin technology from a reputed college in

Bombay.

 

DOB:18 -Aug- 1976

POB:Mumbai

TOB:10.53 am

 

Phd Completed is June 05. Stood first in Bombay Univ

in Msc.Was a scholar during school days as well but

missed quite a few exams due to health reasons.

Was operated in the right leg at the age of 11.

 

Has Sun,mercury and venus in 11th in Leo (without

combustion).

Lord of 4th and 5 th (saturn) is in 10 th in Cancer in

the pushya naksh.(owned by Saturn)

Moon is in 8th with Jupiter and jupiter is also

aspecting the 4th house
