Guest guest
Hi all Please clarify if my understanding is correct on Neech-Bhanga :- Suppose sun is in debility in Libra house.[thus it is neech]. BUT the lord of Libra ,Venus,is exalted or strong in the rasi(libra may be strong by being in libra sign).DOes this mean that sun is getting neech bhanga yoga. many thanks angel goel =================== __ Start your day with - make it your home page http://www./r/hs
Guest guest
Hi Angel, Your example would be a form of neecha bhanga but usually you would want to see a few different forms of neecha bhanga occurring at the same time for it to be really effective, such as finding the debilitated planet in exaltation in its navamsa, etc. I believe there are at least 10 situations that create neecha bhanga. In addition, some teachers say that for Neecha Bhanga Raja Yoga to occur, certain other conditions should be met, such as the debilitated planet and/or its lord should be in a kendra from the Lagna or Moon. In other words, every form of neecha bhanga is not Raja Yoga. In addition, for NB Raja Yoga, the planet creating the neecha bhanga should not be associated with dusthana lords and should be strong and aspected by benefics. Guest guest
namaste When Venus is exalted, the degree of cancellation is more than when it is strong in its own house. If the debilitated Sun is in a quadrant from either the Ascendant or the Moon debility cancellation occurs. Atleast two forms of debility cancellation must occur for total Neecha Banga. If the Lords of the cancellation or exaltation sign of the planet in debilitation (in this case, the signs would be Aries and Libra) is placed in a quadrant from the ascendant or the moon or from each other (for debilitated sun, Mars and venus must in mutual quadrants) cancellation occurs. regards arun jyotish-vidya, angel <angelgoel> wrote: > Hi all > > Please clarify if my understanding is correct on > Neech-Bhanga :- > > Suppose sun is in debility in Libra house.[thus it is > neech]. Guest guest
In neechbhang, what happens is explained. The effect of debilitation gets reduced by placement of the lord sign in exaltation/debilitation,aspect of benifics(jupiter/venus)like waxing moon and getting posited in kendras and ofcourse angles(1,5 and9) . so cancellation of debilitation is more in terms of interpretation for judging the effects. As all of you sun's debilitation is never a good phenomenon but may be unavoidable astrologically krishnan arun <savitarcyber wrote: namaste When Venus is exalted, the degree of cancellation is more than when it is strong in its own house.
