Dear Wendy,

Thanks for your wonderful analysis and I would look forward to more on this.

I have charts of three of my friends, all of whose lagna is Aries, and

all of them have entered into Jupiter maha dasha in the last 1-2

years. One person has jupiter in his 9th (sagitarius), another in the

12th (pisces) and the third has jupiter in his 7th(libra). Which

quality of Jupiter will be more prominent in the dasha, whether it is

the lordship (ie the 9th and 12th) or the placement of the planet. How

do we balance and evaluate these two in the interpretation.

Regarding your interpretation of my chart thanks for bringing to

notice about the nakshatra lords of Me, Ve and lagna in my chart. I

had missed this out.

In light of your interpretation of the 8th lordship of the malefic

saturn leading to change (separation), how will my marriage prospects

and married life be in the Saturn Dasha (also saturn being the 7th

lord).

Warm Regards,

Vasu

Dear Vasu,

I will just comment for now (as I'm a bit pressed for time at the

moment) that planets in kendras are said to have a more prominent

effect on the life of the native.

Best Wishes,

Mrs. Wendy

Dear Vasu,

I would rather prefer Jupiter in 9th house, moreover if it is placed

in the nakshatra of Sun it will be better. As the lagnas are same in

all three cases,Jupiter is 9th and 12th lord for all of your three

friends. In 7th house it will disturb marriage,in 12th it is good for

spiritual advancements but bad for material growth,in the 9th house

it will give better results spiritually and materialy both. This is

my humble opinion. What do you think ?

Thanks

It's not a matter of best results or worst results...the question

Vasu asked was "which placement would give the most prominent

results".

Hello!

Angel,

Jupiter in 11th generally considered to be good.

It gives longevity, makes a person wealthy.Gives piercing intellect

and makes a person renowned. Most of the writers gave good results to

this Jupiter, except Kalyan Verma and Gargacharya.

Both of them ascribed few bad results for Jupiter in 11th

i.e. Less education and Less or no progeny.

Another view is that only one out of three things(Children,Education

and Wealth)will be good, other two will be mediocre to below par.

Sage Ramanujacharya states that Jupiter during it's dasha, if placed

in the 11th for Aries lagna doesn't give rise to any yoga. The reason

might be that it is placed 3rd from it's mool trikona sign

Sagittarius and 12th from it's another sign Pisces.

I wish to give you an example of one of my client who has Aquarius

Lagna and Jupiter placed in 11th house in Sagittarius.During Jupiter

dasha he was contineously complaining of less or no savings, was very

unhappy with his wife and his only son, lost his job in Jupiter-

Rahu, knowing a little bit of astrology and was totally unhappy with

his sorroundings.

Aquarius Lagna has Sun

Rahu,Venus in 3rd in Aries

Mars,Saturn in 6th in Cancer

Ketu in 9th in Libra

Jupiter in 11th in Sagittarius

Moon and Mercury in 12th in Capricorn.

Anything else Angel?

Thanks
