Mercury - A matter of Understanding Amend to long/Lat

Dear Uttara,

You are currently running Saturn dasa and Mercury bhukti, which

according to me could be little adverse. Please find my comments

below-

1. Dasa lord Saturn(lord of 5th and 6th house) is highly afflicted by

Mars(8th and 3rd lord) and Jupiter. I am terming Jupiter as " mild

malefic" here as for virgo asc, jupiter is badhaka and maraka lord.

Additionally it acquires Kendradhipati dosa. Saturn is dispositor of

Rahu. It's nakshatra lord is Sun, lord of 12th house.

2. As far as Merc is concerned, it is posited in 12th along with

Ketu,it's nakshatra lord. It's sign dispositor is posited at 2/12. It

also disposits Mars. It's position from it's own houses are also

adverse (3rd and 12th). Merc is posited in 6th in Navamsa.

3. Dasa and bhukti lords are at 2/12 position. Both relates to 6th

house resulting in activation of 6th house significations in a major

way.

Hi Sumit

Was Reading over what you sent me on delineation of twelfth house and Mercury.

I followed until you got to the second sentence in point 2.

....It's sign depositor is posited at 2/12. It

also deposits Mars. It's position from it's own houses are also

adverse (3rd and 12th). Merc is posited in 6th in Navamsa.(this part I

understand)

3. Dasa and bhukti lords are at 2/12 position. Both relates to 6th

house resulting in activation of 6th house significations in a major

way....

It's the 2.12 that has me confused. Could you elaborate further for better

understanding, Thanks

Dear Uttara,

Sat is 2nd to Mer and Mer is 12th to Sat, hence (2/12). This is just

a format used in various books.

However, the point i am making is that, such a position of Mercury

from Sat is not auspicious and give adverse results, particularly so,

when one is the dasa lord and another is the bhukti lord.
