mrityunjaya mantra--who can recite it?pl advise

Respected Guruji's and learned members,

 

I wanted to find out about the powerful mrityunjaya mantra. Who can recite it?

Can women recite it? Is there a strict code on who and when one can recite it. I

am asking these questions because I wanted to find out if I(as a daughter) can

recite it for the well being and health of my parents?

Yes u can recite it - woman can also recite this maha mantra - plus if need be

for the proper prounceation, perhaps u may find it on Shivaananda yoga website

or some other site other wise i do not know where u can get the CD by singer

Anuradha Paudwal or Pandit Jasraj also.-

the best time to recite is early in the morning - after bath - but try to fix

the same time always or in the evening but u must stick the same time every day

- in front of Deep or inscense.

Maha Mturjay dev ( Shivji) will definitely listn to your prayers - that is the

reason why his another name is Asutosh.

Before u start this month please pray to Lod Ganesh - remover of all the

obsticales.
