Guest guest
Dear Wendy and List, >From the previous post on teeth, I grew curious to see what is listed for nerves, and over time have heard different thoughts on Mercury and Saturn. My book here gives Mercury for nerves and nervous system in general. There are many other significators given in same book depending on more exactly what we are looking for with respect to nerves. This book is written by astrologers having come from the Vedic tradition, meaning Jyotish versus western, but it does also include giving outer planets along with the 9 used in Jyotish. I mention this here because it is listing: Nervous system, higher - Uranus, along with numerous listing for the nervous system in a more specific search. Wendy, I found this interesting as your website lists Ketu for Nervous system, Spine, along with the listing of: Mercury for Nerve Centers. I had not seen Ketu listed for this before and again very much appreciate your sharing this knowledge. Do you know any more about Ketu with respect to the nervous system and spine, in what way Ketu might be used to look for this - other than if there were damage to the spine, which is what is most obvious in my thoughts considering what Ketu might represent there? Could this also be thought for with respect to the higher nervous system? It would seem so.... Any thoughts? Kindest regards, Patrice

However I do have to wonder how authentic is their jyotish (vedic) knowledge when they list Uranus, and I presume the other "outer" planets (outer as in "out" of the Vedic tradition of astrology), as significators? >>Wendy, I found this interesting as your website lists Ketu for >>Nervous system, Spine, along with the listing of: Mercury for >>Nerve Centers. It is any information carried from receptors throughout the body toward the brain and spinal cord.
