Anshupriya ji,

 

The native has Meena Lagna, and, from Chandra Lagna, he gets

Ruchaka Mahapurusha Yoga. He also gets Chandra Mangala Yoga

because Chandra and Kuja are conjunct.

 

However, Lagnadipati Guru is Neecha, and though Guru technically

gets Neecha Banga because his dispositor Sani is in a Kendra

from Lagna, I doubt if this will materialize in practice. This

is because Sani is completely eclipsed by Ketu, who is less than

1 degree away. Problems with the Lagnadipati could be causing

some difficulties in the marriage.

 

Meena being a common sign, Budha, the lord of the 7th, turns

Badakadipati, and Budha is in the 12th, a dushtana house. He,

like Guru, is also afflicted by Sani's plight because of the

weakness of the dispositor.

 

The affliction of either the Lagnadipati and the Saptamadipati

is capable of causing some problem or the other in the marriage

prospects of the native. Together, they end up aggravating the

situation. The Lagna is also aspected by Sani, who, apart from

being a natural malefic and the lord of the dushtana 12th, is

also known for sorrows, delays, and dejection. Sani's Shadvarga

Vimshopak is the lowest at 9.50, and since a graha needs in

excess of 15 to deliver good results, you will understand that

he is an all-round malefic.

 

The native is running Chandra Dasa [Aug 1996 - Aug 2006] and

Sukra Bukti [Jun 2004 - Feb 2006]. Sukra, as the Kalartha

Karaka, also needs to be considered. While he is a natural

benefic, he is malefic because he owns the 8th, and by Bhavat

Bhavam, the 8th from the 8th. The 8th concerns delays.

 

We should also consider the strength of Sukra, and we find that

his Shad Bala score of 5.89 rupas is the lowest. Still, there is

hope because Budha, the lord of the 7th, gets the highest Shad

Bala score of 7.10. The strength of the 7th house is also good,

and the Bhava Bala is the second highest, at 8.4 rupas.

 

>From this, one might surmise that, though there is a delay,

there will not be any denial.

 

>From Gochara angle, Rahu (1), Ketu (7), Sani (4), and Guru (6)

are all inimically placed. In Feb-end, Ketu will move into the

6th, and provide some respite. Guru will move into the 7th in

Sep 2005, and the situation will further improve. Please ask the

native to pray to God, things will surely improve.

Fortunately, except for Lagna, which is afflicted by Rahu,

everything else seems safe. While Ketu afflicts Tithi and Day,

Vakra Guru, Sukra, and Budha effortlessy neutralize this

affliction.

 

Rahu is afflicting the Karma Nakshtra (10) and the Abhishek

Nakshatra (27), and this leads to difficulties in the work

front, and denies the enjoyment of work previously accomplished.

Kuja affects Raj Nakshatra (26) and ensures that achievements

are minimized. The affliction of Udya Nakshtra (18) by Kuja,

Sani, and Ketu denies rise to an extent, but Guru, who is Vakra

and therefore more strongly benefic, also aspects this, and

minimises the worries. Please ask your cousin to pray to God, He
