Guest guest
>From long period there is a dispute about sayana/nirayan system for prediction and more than 10 systems are available for calculation. But unfortunately any one is accurate yet. It is undoubt that Kaliyugadi is on 3102 BC. Several ayanamsha systems adopt several values ranging from 50 to 60 seconds for yearly retrograde motion of equinox point ( Vaarshika Prikramanam). The values are from 1degree/72 to 1 degree/71. if we reckoning back from Soonya ayanamsha year(Ex: 285 AD for N.C.Lahiri system) to Kaliyaugadi ( using various values as 50,50.2727, 50.333, 50.3141........)we reach an illogical point from ashwani that is before after the mid point of rohini ( 46:40:00). Then What is the secrect behind 71 and 72. It is simple it is the no:of chathuryugas in a manwanthara . The Bhagavatha states that within 1000 chathuryugas 14 manu's rules That is the period of manu is 71.428571428571428571428571428571 chathuryugas and it is rounded as 72 chathuryugas in DeviBhagavatha Then listen to following calcuation With in the no:of chathuryugas in a manwanthara equinox moves 1 degree back. ie, 3600/71.428571428571428571428571428571=50.4 vikalas (seconds) That is yearly change of equinox is 50.4 vikalas ( seconds) Then mid point of Rohini is 46:40:00 = 168000 vikals far from 00:00:00(Ashwini). Thus the no:of years required for retrograde motion for these vikalas from Kaliyugadi(3102 BC) to 000:00:00= 168000/50.4=3333 years and 4 months ( 3333 yeras approx) Thus the soonya ayanamsha year = 3333-3102= 231 AD The rule for finding ayanamsha A= DY-231/71.428571428571428571428571428571 or A=DY-231*50.4'' or A=((DY-231)*14)/1000 here A= Ayanamsha and DY= Desired Year Ex: Year 1981 ((1981-231*14)/1000)=24.5=24:30:00 ie, The ayanamsha for 1981 is 24:30:00(23:36:00 NCL) The ayanamsha for 2006 is 24.85 = 24:51:00(23:57:00 NCL) ie is the ayanamsha is 54' more than NCLahiri system so to attain Correct Planetary longitude subtract 54' from NCL sputhas The years required for 360 degree rotation of vasntha vishu bindhu (vernal equinox) = 25714.285714285714285714285714 for 180 degrees = 12857.142857142857142857142857143 years send your comments and directions sspillai_7 My Group home page: astrobharat Group email: astrobharat
