If yogakaraka becomes BADHAKA what to do?

Dear all,

If yogakaraka becomes badhaka also(eg: mars for leo lagna,becomes

yogakaraka by owning 4&9;becomes badhaka as 9th lord for fixed lagna)

then

 

1. can we strengthen it by wearing its GEMSTONE?

2. if at all such planet is debeliated & in 12th house shall we go

for

PROPITIATION/GEMSTONE?
