Guest guest
Dear Friend, There are four kinds of Karma that humans are subjected to as per Hindu shastra: two that represent fate : a) Sanchita karma - Our accumulated Karma from all past times b) Prarabdha Karma – The Karma from our past lives kept for us to experience in our current life .. Two that represent free will: Kriyamana Karma – This is our free will to take current actions to change our current life situation. Agama Karma – This is our free will to make a plan or set an intention to take an action in the future. In addition to these 4 types of karma there are three levels of magnitude in Karma : Fixed karma (Dridha) – This is karma that cannot be changed by any effort on our part. Only the grace of God can alter fixed karma (Dridha). Mixed karma (Dridha/Adridha) – This is karma that can be changed but only with substantial effort. Non-Fixed karma (Adridha) – This is karma that can be easily changed with some effort. It's not so easy to break away from the karma of the past ... unless we sufficiently advance in our spiritual growth ... There are specific ways though rigerous to break from karma and attain moksha ... Raja yoga, siddha yoga, sahaja yoga claim to clear karma when followed rigerously ... and luckily none of them need you to give up your normal life for advancement ... There is another theory ... of the 7 chakras from the Muladhara to Sahasrara ... the bottom 3 correspond to the spiritual plane .. the top 3 to the spiritual plane ... the Heart chakra to both the planes .. so balancing Heart chakra by cleaning it will slowly elevate a person towards the higher reaches of spirituality ... and when one is able to synchronize all the chakras and make energy flow from muladhara to sahasrara one attains liberation .. This is very loosely said ... I hope we can talk about this more later bye for now Surya. --- jayanshul <jayanshul wrote: > To Jyotish remedies members, > > 1..Does anyone has ideas how a married person with > children can > attain moksha? > > 2..I understand that to attain moksha your pap karma > should be paid > off.How can we nullify the pap karmas ? > > 3.any suggestions > > > nina > > Finance: Get your refund fast by filing online. http://taxes./filing.html

The Guru gives us Moksha. By taking direction from, and serving the Guru, it becomes His responsibility. An Enlightened Guru can tell you what to do to be released from karma. A Satguru can cut it off directly. For example the Satguru Shirdi Sai Baba had many householder disciples who attained Moksha. Left to our own devices, we can perform satkarmas for kalpas on end, only perhaps to become real Saints burdened by the obnoxious weight of our own sanctity. Guest guest
Dear Friends, I am seeing many mails asking for a short cut for a family man to attain Moksha. The role of a family man is very important in society. He is supporting the other 3 classes of people- brahmachari, vanaprashti and sanyasi. One has to undergo all the hassles in life. Follow 'Dharma' in every action of yours. Then you will gradually move inch by inch towards liberation. Guest guest
Thanks all, especially Mark Kincaid whose observations appear much more encouraging and less static than the rest. I agree that its ultimately up to us to move in that direction or not and that these represent potentialities. But I was only curious as to whether these planetary placements do indeed reflect these potentialities.
Guest guest
JAYA JAGANNATHA! Dear Kanishk, Namaste. I am sorry, but I cannot accept Pandit Arjun's answer. If we go by the explanation of the Puranas, then these five types of moksha mean the following: salokya - living on the same planet as Lord Vishnu (Vaikuntha). samipya - becoming the Lord's personal associate. saroopya - having a similar form to Lord Vishnu (Everyone in Vaikuntha has four arms). sayujya - merging into the impersonal effulgence of Lord Vishnu. sarsti - having the same opulence as the Lord. Of these, actually samipya is the most elevated, as it can be achieved not only in Vaikuntha, but in Goloka also.
