I was of the opinion that when Jupiter moves into Leo the 4th house of natal horoscope and aspects 10th house, with the lords of MD/AD/PD activating other relevent houses, the promotion must be cleared now. Can you please explain as to why it would be delayed till 2004. The second point has not been touched i.e. regarding the purchase of own flat or house.
