Lagnadhipati mercury for gemini ascendant is in 12th hosue combust by

sun and sharing the house with saturn and venus. rahu in 7th, jupiter

and moon are in 8th house while mars in 9th.

 

>From the above, should we consider mercury to be weak,debilitated and

afflicted thereby not recommend emarald as it may increase the

negative aspects of the planet. As such there still persists a lot of

confusion among astrologers whether a gemstone enhances the positive

qualities or simply strengthens the planet. in case the latter is

true, then emarald should not be recommended in the above case.
